Investors First Financing DBA Keck Capital serves as a mortgage broker, facilitating private capital funding in the Caribbean through private lenders, offshore mortgage funds, and traditional banks. Our expertise lies in providing financing solutions for both residential and commercial properties, including those that do not qualify for conventional bank loans.
For the iLLA project, we have partnered with a traditional banking institution. The terms and projected financial statements can be found in the attached PDFs. In this construction project, borrowers will go through two separate closings. The first closing is for the land purchase, and the second closing, which occurs 1-3 months later, is for the structure. We have provided a comprehensive Proforma that clearly outlines and color codes each closing.

In terms of banking arrangements, the bank will provide you with four accounts. These include a debit and credit account specifically designated for the land loan, as well as a debit and credit account for the Construction to Perm loan.
