Hi! Naomi here. I am a the founder & Loan Originator for Keck Capital, a boutique private lender and mortgage brokerage located in sunny Cape Coral, Florida. I specialize in creating loan programs for non-owner occupied residential properties across the USA with a focus on ground up construction, fix & flip, and rental (DSCR) loans.

My mission is to enable developers, contractors, and real estate investors to grow their portfolios, improve cash flow, and build wealth. I've built this business one loan at a time and every Borrower is unique and important to me. I can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your business goals!

I genuinely love what I do! I’m not just a lender and broker, I’m an investor myself. My family and I typically take on one to two real estate projects a year, so I understand the risks, the excitement, the sleepless nights, and the payoff. I love analyzing deals, sizing opportunities, sharing tips and strategies, and learning alongside my clients.

I started Keck Capital because I saw a gap in this industry. Too many mortgage lenders and brokers hide fees, rush transactions, and focus on quick commissions instead of long-term relationships. That never sat right with me. I built this company on transparency. If the best deal for you is at a credit union and I do not make a dollar, I will tell you. Truly, I would rather you win and trust me than make a quick commission. (The right people always come back!) I

My core values are simple: work hard, stay honest, and find solutions. I do not take no for an answer when I know there is a path forward. Construction loans and fix and flip financing are complex, and not many loan officers truly understand them. I do. Experience matters in these deals, and I take pride in navigating the complexity so my borrowers do not have to.

I also believe in doing more than what is expected. If I can pull something from county records or the clerk of courts myself, I do it before ever asking you. If a form can be pre-filled, I fill it out. I want you focused on your project, not drowning in paperwork. This industry can be overwhelming, and I work hard to make it feel seamless.

Above all, I am a wife and a mum of three. My family is my foundation and my greatest joy. Balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood is not always easy, but it keeps me grounded, focused, and grateful.

I was born and raised in France, speak fluent French, and can (kind of) communicate in Spanish. I love working with clients from all backgrounds!

Oh, and one last thing most people do not expect: before I was a lender and a mom of three, I raced motorcycles. GSXR600, full throttle. I stopped when I was pregnant with my second child, but that competitive drive never left me. Racing runs through my veins, and I bring that same intensity, focus, and fearlessness into my business every day.
