The Builder Line of Credit was designed specifically for builders, developers, and real estate investors who need flexible revolving capital instead of traditional one-time construction loans.
 

Use the line of credit for:

  • Land acquisition

  • New construction

  • Spec homes

  • Vertical construction

  • Small developments

  • Investor projects

  • Ongoing revolving construction needs

Terms:

  • Size: Up to 5,000,000

  • LTC: 100% of eligible costs

  • Term: 5 Years

  • Fees: Total fees may not exceed 2.5%. For example, if a $1,000,000 line is borrowed and repaid numerous times, fees are limited to $25,000.

  • Rate: Rates from prime + 1% to prime +3% for 5 years

  • Other Costs: No other fees you pay. Reimburse lender for third-party expenses including appraisal, recording taxes and fees, etc.
